135.34 - EXPENSES FOR ENFORCING RULES.

        135.34  EXPENSES FOR ENFORCING RULES.
         All expenses incurred by the state department in determining
      whether its rules are enforced by a local board, and in enforcing the
      same when a local board has failed to do so, shall be paid in the
      same manner as the expenses of enforcing such rules when enforced by
      the local board.
