123.84 JUDGMENT.
If the court after a hearing finds a liquor, wine, or beer
nuisance has been maintained on the premises covered by the abatement
bond and that liquor, wine, or beer has been sold or kept for sale on
the premises contrary to law within one year from the date of the
giving of the bond, then the court shall order the forfeiture of the
bond and enter judgment for the full amount of the bond against the
principal and sureties on the bond, and the lien on the real estate
created pursuant to section 123.79 shall be decreed foreclosed and
the court shall provide for a special and general execution for the
enforcement of the decree and judgment. Section History: Early Form
