123.77 - ABATEMENT BEFORE JUDGMENT.

        123.77  ABATEMENT BEFORE JUDGMENT.
         If the action is in equity and the owner of the premises pays the
      costs of the action and files the bond prior to the entry of judgment
      and the abatement order, such action shall be abated as to the
      premises only.
