        123.76  ABATEMENT OF NUISANCE.
         If the owner of the abated premises appears and pays all costs of
      the proceeding and files a bond with sureties to be approved by the
      clerk in the full value of the property, to be ascertained by the
      court, conditioned that the owner will immediately abate the nuisance
      and prevent the same from being established or kept on such premises
      within a period of one year thereafter, the court may order such
      premises to be delivered to the owner and cancel the order of
      abatement so far as it may relate to the property.
