123.75 - PROCEEDS OF SALE.

        123.75  PROCEEDS OF SALE.
         The proceeds of the sale of personal property in abatement
      proceedings shall be applied first in payment of the costs of the
      action and abatement, and second to the satisfaction of any fine and
      costs adjudged against the proprietor of the premises and keeper of
      said nuisance, and the balance, if any, shall be paid to the
      defendant.
