123.54 - DRAWING APPROPRIATION.

        123.54  DRAWING APPROPRIATION.
         Division appropriations shall be paid by the treasurer of state
      upon the orders of the administrator, in such amounts and at such
      times as the administrator deems necessary to carry on operations in
      accordance with the terms of this chapter.
