123.25 - CONSUMPTION ON PREMISES.

        123.25  CONSUMPTION ON PREMISES.
         An officer, clerk, agent, or employee of the division employed in
      a state-owned warehouse shall not allow any alcoholic liquor to be
      consumed on the premises, nor shall a person consume any liquor on
      the premises except for testing or sampling purposes only.
