123.178 - AUTHORITY UNDER CLASS "B" PERMIT.

        123.178  AUTHORITY UNDER CLASS "B" PERMIT.
         1.  A person holding a class "B" wine permit may sell wine at
      retail for consumption off the premises.  Wine shall be sold for
      consumption off the premises in original containers only.
         2.  A class "B" wine permittee having more than one place of
      business where wine is sold shall obtain a separate permit for each
      place of business.
         3.  A person holding a class "B" wine permit may purchase wine for
      resale only from a person holding a class "A" wine permit.
