123.133 SALE ON TRAINS -- BOND. Subject to the provisions of this chapter, any dining car company, sleeping car company, railroad company, or railway company may make application to the administrator for special class "B" permit, and the administrator may issue a permit to any such company which shall authorize the holder to keep for sale and sell beer on any dining car, sleeping car, buffet car, or observation car operated by such applicant in, through, or across the state. The application for such permit shall be in such form and contain such information as may be required by the administrator. Each such permit shall be good throughout the state as a state permit. Only one such permit shall be required for all cars operated in this state by such applicant, but a duplicate of such permit shall be posted in each car in which such beverages are sold; and no further permit shall be required or tax levied for the privilege of selling beer for consumption in such cars. As a condition precedent to the issuing of any such permit, the applicant shall give bond to the division, with good and sufficient sureties thereon to be approved by the administrator, conditioned upon faithful compliance with the provisions of this chapter in the penal sum of one thousand dollars.Section History: Early Form
