123.125 - ISSUANCE OF PERMITS.

        123.125  ISSUANCE OF PERMITS.
         The administrator shall issue class "A", special class "A", class
      "B", and class "C" beer permits and may suspend or revoke permits for
      cause as provided in this chapter.
