123.121 VENUE.
In any prosecution under this chapter for the unlawful sale of
alcoholic liquor, wine, or beer, a sale of alcoholic liquor, wine, or
beer which requires a shipment or delivery of the liquor, wine, or
beer, shall be deemed to be made in the county in which the delivery
is made by the carrier to the consignee, or the consignee's agent or
employee.
In any prosecution under this chapter for the unlawful
transportation of intoxicating liquor, the offense shall be held to
have been committed in any county in which such liquor is received
for transportation, through which it is transported, or in which it
