123.109 - RECORD OF CONVICTION.

        123.109  RECORD OF CONVICTION.
         On the trial of any cause in which the accused is charged with a
      second or subsequent offense, a duly authenticated copy of the former
      judgment in any court in which such conviction was had shall be
      competent evidence of such former conviction.
