123.104 - UNLAWFUL DELIVERY.

        123.104  UNLAWFUL DELIVERY.
         It shall be a simple misdemeanor for any corporation, common
      carrier, person, or any agent or employee thereof:
         1.  To deliver any intoxicating liquors to any person other than
      to the consignee.
         2.  To deliver any intoxicating liquors without having the same
      receipted for as provided in section 123.103.
         3.  To deliver any intoxicating liquors where there is reasonable
      ground to believe that such liquor is intended for unlawful use.
