105.13 - LICENSE PRESUMPTIVE EVIDENCE.

        105.13  LICENSE PRESUMPTIVE EVIDENCE.
         A license issued under this chapter shall be presumptive evidence
      of the right of the holder to practice in this state the profession
      specified.
