        103A.62  LISTING AND FORM OF CERTIFICATION OF APPROVED
      SYSTEMS PROVIDED.
         The commissioner shall provide, upon request, a list of approved
      tiedown systems and instructions for the completion of proper
      certification of approved system installation.
