101C.13 - PENALTY.

        101C.13  PENALTY.
         A person who willfully violates the provisions of this chapter or
      willfully renders or furnishes a false or fraudulent report,
      statement, or record required by the fire marshal pursuant to this
      chapter is guilty of a simple misdemeanor.
