92.20 - PENALTY.

        92.20  PENALTY.
         1.  The parent, guardian, or person in charge of any migratory
      worker or of any child who engages in any street occupation in
      violation of any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of
      a serious misdemeanor.
         2.  Any person who furnishes or sells to any minor child any
      article of any description which the person knows or should have
      known the minor intends to sell in violation of the provisions of
      this chapter shall be guilty of a serious misdemeanor.
         3.  Any other violation of this chapter for which a penalty is not
      specifically provided constitutes a serious misdemeanor.
         4.  Every day during which any violation of this chapter continues
      constitutes a separate and distinct offense, and the employment of
      any person in violation of this chapter, with respect to each person
      so employed, constitutes a separate and distinct offense.
