85A.3 - EMPLOYEES COVERED.

        85A.3  EMPLOYEES COVERED.
         All employees as defined by the workers' compensation law of Iowa
      employed in any business or industrial process hereinafter designated
      and described and who in the course of their employment are exposed
      to an occupational disease as herein defined are subject to the
      provisions of this chapter.
