85A.10 - LAST EXPOSURE -- EMPLOYER LIABLE.

        85A.10  LAST EXPOSURE -- EMPLOYER LIABLE.
         If compensation is payable for an occupational disease, the
      employer in whose employment the employee was last injuriously
      exposed to the hazards of the disease, is liable for the
      compensation.  The notice of injury and claim for compensation shall
      be given and made to the employer as required under this chapter.
