80.23 - SPECIAL STATE AGENTS -- MEANING.

        80.23  SPECIAL STATE AGENTS -- MEANING.
         If the term "special state agents" is used in the Code in
      connection with law enforcement, the term shall be construed to mean
      a peace officer of the department.
