80.20 - DIVISIONAL HEADQUARTERS.

        80.20  DIVISIONAL HEADQUARTERS.
         The commissioner may, subject to the approval of the governor,
      establish divisional headquarters at various places in the state.
      Supervisory officers may be at all times on duty in each district
      headquarters.
