76.16 - DEBTOR STATUS PROHIBITED.

        76.16  DEBTOR STATUS PROHIBITED.
         A city, county, or other political subdivision of this state shall
      not be a debtor under chapter nine of the federal bankruptcy code, 11
      U.S.C. § 901 et seq., except as otherwise specifically provided in
      this chapter.
