75.6 - COMMISSION AND EXPENSE.

        75.6  COMMISSION AND EXPENSE.
         No commission shall be paid, directly or indirectly, in connection
      with the sale of a public bond.  No expense shall be contracted or
      paid in connection with such sale other than the expenses incurred in
      advertising such bonds for sale.
