73A.6 NOTICE OF HEARING ON APPEAL.
The appeal board shall forthwith fix a time and place in the
municipality or nearby convenient place for hearing said appeal, and
notice of such hearing shall be given by certified mail to the
executive officer of the municipality, and to the first five persons
whose names appear upon the notice of appeal, at least ten days
before the date fixed for such hearing.
The hearing on contracts for the state institutions and state fair
board shall be at the seat of government. Section History: Early Form
