73A.10 - WITNESS FEES -- COSTS.

        73A.10  WITNESS FEES -- COSTS.
         Witness fees and mileage for witnesses on hearing appeals shall be
      the same as in the district court; but objectors or appellants shall
      not be allowed witness fees or mileage.  Costs of hearings and
      appeals shall be paid by the municipality.
