67.4 - NATURE OF REPORT.

        67.4  NATURE OF REPORT.
         Such accountants shall make out a full, complete, and specific
      statement of the transactions of said officer with, for, or on behalf
      of the state, showing the true balances in each case, and report the
      same to the governor, with such suggestions as they may think proper.
