65.5 - NOTICE.

        65.5  NOTICE.
         The surety shall give the principal at least twenty-four hours'
      notice of the presenting and filing of the petition, with a copy
      thereof.  At the expiration of this notice the approving officer may
      hear the matter, or may postpone it, as justice requires.
