64.10 - BOND OF COUNTY TREASURER.

        64.10  BOND OF COUNTY TREASURER.
         The bond of the county treasurer shall be in the sum of not less
      than fifty thousand dollars.  The amount of the treasurer's bond
      shall be determined by the board of supervisors.
