61.2 - CLERK.

        61.2  CLERK.
         The secretary of state shall be the clerk of this court; but if
      the person holding that office is a party to the contest, the clerk
      of the supreme court, or, in case of that person's absence or
      inability, the auditor of state shall be clerk.
