53.16 - SUBSCRIBING TO AFFIDAVIT.

        53.16  SUBSCRIBING TO AFFIDAVIT.
         After marking the ballot, the voter shall make and subscribe to
      the affidavit on the reverse side of the envelope, and fold the
      ballot or ballots, separately, so as to conceal the markings on them,
      and deposit them in the envelope, and securely seal the envelope.
