50.43 - SENATOR OR REPRESENTATIVE.

        50.43  SENATOR OR REPRESENTATIVE.
         The certificate of the election of a senator or representative in
      Congress shall be signed by the governor, with the seal of the state
      affixed, and be countersigned by the secretary of state.
