46.6 - EQUAL SENIORITY.

        46.6  EQUAL SENIORITY.
         If the judges of longest service (other than the chief justice) of
      the supreme court or of the district court in a district are of equal
      service, the eldest of such judges shall be chairperson of the
      particular judicial nominating commission.
