43.103 - DUTY OF COUNTY COMMISSIONER.

        43.103  DUTY OF COUNTY COMMISSIONER.
         The commissioner, in case the district delegates for the
      commissioner's county have not been selected, shall deliver a copy of
      said call to the chairperson of the convention which selects said
      delegates.
