679A.18 - CHAPTER NOT RETROACTIVE.

        679A.18  CHAPTER NOT RETROACTIVE.         This chapter applies only to arbitration agreements made on or      after July 1, 1981.  Sections 679.1 to 679.18, Code 1981, do not      apply to agreements to arbitrate entered into after July 1, 1981.
