679A.10 - FEES AND EXPENSES OF ARBITRATION.

        679A.10  FEES AND EXPENSES OF ARBITRATION.         Unless otherwise provided in the agreement to arbitrate, and      except for counsel fees, the arbitrators' expenses and fees and any      other expenses incurred in the conduct of the arbitration shall be      paid as provided in the award.
