670.9 - COMPROMISE AND SETTLEMENT.

        670.9  COMPROMISE AND SETTLEMENT.         The governing body of any municipality may compromise, adjust and      settle tort claims against the municipality, its officers, employees      and agents, for damages under sections 670.2 or 670.8 and may      appropriate money for the payment of amounts agreed upon.
