667.3 - WARRANT ISSUED ON SUNDAY.

        667.3  WARRANT ISSUED ON SUNDAY.         The warrant may be issued on Sunday, if the plaintiff, the      plaintiff's agent, or attorney states in the petition that it would      be unsafe to delay proceedings.
