643.22 - EXEMPTION.
643.22 EXEMPTION. A money judgment rendered under the provisions of this chapter for property exempt from execution shall also be to the same extent exempt from execution, and from all setoff or diminution by any person, which exemption may, at the election of the party in interest, be stated in the judgment.Section History: Early Form
