636.6 - NEW BOND REQUIRED.

        636.6  NEW BOND REQUIRED.         Whenever the board of supervisors of any county shall have      knowledge that any attorney at law is surety upon any official bond,      above referred to, it shall require said officer to forthwith file a      new bond.
