636.24 - POPULATION AND INDEBTEDNESS.

        636.24  POPULATION AND INDEBTEDNESS.         The population specified in section 636.23 shall be determined by      the last preceding official federal census.  The indebtedness of any      municipality or governmental subdivision shall be determined by the      official certificate of the officer of such municipality or district      in charge of its public accounts.
