633A.5101 - CHARITABLE PURPOSES.

        633A.5101  CHARITABLE PURPOSES.         1.  A charitable trust may be created for the relief of poverty,      the advancement of education or religion, the promotion of health, or      any other purpose the accomplishment of which is beneficial to the      community.         2.  If the terms of the trust do not indicate a particular      charitable purpose or beneficiaries, the trustee may select one or      more charitable purposes or beneficiaries.
