633A.4210 - SEPARATION AND IDENTIFICATION OF TRUST PROPERTY.

        633A.4210  SEPARATION AND IDENTIFICATION OF TRUST      PROPERTY.         A trustee shall do all of the following:         1.  Keep the trust property separate from other property of the      trustee unless the trust provides otherwise.         2.  Cause the trust property to be designated in such a manner      that the interest of the trust clearly appears.
