633A.4209 - CONTROL AND SAFEGUARDING OF TRUST PROPERTY.

        633A.4209  CONTROL AND SAFEGUARDING OF TRUST      PROPERTY.         A trustee shall take reasonable steps under the circumstances to      take control of and to safeguard the trust property unless it is in      the best interests of the trust to abandon or refuse acceptance of      the property.
