633A.4203 - STANDARD OF PRUDENCE.

        633A.4203  STANDARD OF PRUDENCE.         A trustee shall administer the trust with the reasonable care,      skill, and caution as a prudent person would, by considering the      purposes, terms, distribution requirements, and other circumstances      of the trust.
