633.664 - LIENS NOT AFFECTED BY FAILURE TO FILE CLAIM.

        633.664  LIENS NOT AFFECTED BY FAILURE TO FILE      CLAIM.         Nothing in sections 633.654 and 633.658 shall affect or prevent an      action or proceeding to enforce any mortgage, pledge or other lien      upon the property of the ward.
