633.581 ORIGINAL NOTICE GOVERNED BY RULES OF CIVIL PROCEDURE. Notice of the filing of such a petition and of the hearing thereon shall be served upon the absentee by publication in the manner of an original notice and the rules of civil procedure governing original notices by publication shall also govern such a notice as to content.
