633.47 - PROOF OF SERVICE AND PAYMENT OF COSTS.

        633.47  PROOF OF SERVICE AND PAYMENT OF COSTS.         Proof of service of any notice, required by this probate code or      by order of court, including those by publication, shall be filed      with the clerk.  The costs of serving any notice given by the      fiduciary shall be paid directly by the estate.
