633.46 - PROOF OF PUBLICATION.

        633.46  PROOF OF PUBLICATION.         Proof of the publication of all notices that are by this probate      code or by order of court required to be published shall be made by      an affidavit of the publisher or of any employee having knowledge of      the facts.
