633.416 - COMPULSORY COUNTERCLAIMS -- RULES OF CIVIL PROCEDURE.

        633.416  COMPULSORY COUNTERCLAIMS -- RULES OF CIVIL      PROCEDURE.         In an action commenced by or against the fiduciary under the      provisions of section 633.415, or in any action pending by or against      the decedent that survives under the provisions of section 633.415,      the rules of civil procedure as to compulsory counterclaims shall      apply in such action.
