633.348 - RIGHT TO RETAIN EXISTING PROPERTY.

        633.348  RIGHT TO RETAIN EXISTING PROPERTY.         Notwithstanding the provisions of chapter 633A, subchapter IV,      part 3, of this chapter, any personal representative may continue to      hold any investment or property originally received by the personal      representative and also any increase thereof.
